This report highlights the recorded statistics under the Control of Dogs Act 1986 to 2010 with reference to County Meath from the year 2000-2013 inclusive. A couple of weeks ago, a post I uploaded to Facebook sparked fierce controversy and was seen by millions of people around the world in a matter of days after going viral.
