The final section of new Ashbourne watermain on the R135 is now tested and commissioned. In order to make the final connections to the new watermain, planned water outages are required. Disruption to water supplies will occur on the following dates:
Monday 14th October between 9.30am and 3.30pm
It is envisaged that the following locations may have no water during this outage:
· Hunters Lane
· Miltown Estate
· Maple Close
· Ashdale Cresent
· Ashwood Estate
· Brookville
· The Hawthorns
· The Beeches
· Maple Avenue
· Maple Drive
· Sycamore Drive
· Cedar Road
· The Elms
· White Ash Park
· The Oaks
· Archerstown Road
· Miltown Meadows
· All properties along the Miltown Road.
Also, Wednesday Night 16th/ Thursday Morning 17th between 9.30pm and 5am.
Due to the location of the works, this major connection will be completed on Fredrick Street during night time hours to reduce the impact on daily road users. It is also noted that there will be disruption to water supplies in Ashbourne and the surrounding areas during this outage.
