I will be hosting a town hall meeting to give people information about the new housing estate being built off Castle Street. The meeting would be ideal for anyone who would like to know more about the new estate.
Where: Sports Hall, Ashbourne Educate Together
When: 7pm - Tuesday 18th August
Social Distancing
In order to keep everyone safe and sound, I will be making sure everyone practices social distancing and the number of people who can attend the meeting is limited. To attend the meeting you will have to book your place online. More about that below.
Attending the meeting in person
If you wish to attend the meeting, we would ask that you fill in this attendance form. I cannot guarantee a place for everyone, as we are quite restricted on space. I would ask that you do not attend the meeting in person if you have been feeling unwell, have shown signs of COVID-19, or have been in close contact with someone who has.
In addition, I would ask that everyone attending the meeting wears a mask. No mask, no entry.
If you cannot attend the meeting in person, we will be broadcasting the meeting live from my Facebook page. You can sign up for a text reminder of the meeting through the attendance form.
Questions at the meeting
One of the things we want to avoid is handing around a microphone, so we will be taking questions in advance. If you would like to have your question asked on the night, you can indicate that in the attendance form. Please note that we are limited on time, and we may amalgamate some questions that are similar just in the interests of time.

I have prepared a briefing on the new estate with the designs and facts about the development. Ideally everyone attending the meeting will have read this in advance, as it will save us time explaining the specifics, so we can focus on questions, etc. If you would like to receive the briefing by email, you can indicate that in the attendance form.
